We are hiring an experienced MS SQL Server DBA / SSIS Developer to support and maintain a legacy data platform. This role involves managing SQL Server databases, SSIS ETL pipelines, and reporting systems , while supporting a broader transition to Microsoft Fabric.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership of database operations, ETL processes, and BI support , with a focus on stability, performance, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
ETL & Data Integration (SSIS)
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages
Diagnose failed ETL jobs and resolve issues with root-cause analysis
Optimize ETL performance (data flow tuning, parallelism, caching)
Manage deployments and versioning of SSIS packages
Document data flows, dependencies, and processes
