Job Description

The MSOC Supervisor will be responsible for the management and operations of WSI Security Operations Center, service delivery and support to partners, vendors and business stakeholders. The role will also be responsible to evaluate, implement, on‑board and develop products and services aligned with WSI Managed Security Services business. He/she will also supervise, coach and mentor other Security Analysts and Engineers in performing critical operational tasks, provide guidance in decision making and be able to handle critical issues that needs escalations and assistance. He/she will be responsible to review security architecture, design, SLA, onboarding, project implementation. Will also conduct SOC demonstration, presentation and pre‑sales support to partners.
