Job Description: Location: Ideally based in or around Andover Coverage Area: Hampshire Salary: up to £38,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Full-Time Permanent We are looking for an experienced Advanced General Builder / Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team working across responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties throughout Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused tradesperson with strong all-round building experience and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality repairs within agreed service levels and timescales. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering a salary up £38k per year. This is immediate start. Permanent contract will be offered to a successful Candidate after 8-12 weeks of work.
