Job Description
MULTI-DOMAIN SYSTEM SIMULATION ENGINEER (VEHICLE & POWERTRAIN) - (34758)
This role is responsible for leading the development and integration of system-level, multi-domain simulation models that represent complete vehicle and powertrain behavior, including mechanical, electrical, thermal, and control systems. It includes ownership of the integration and co-simulation of third-party physics‑based tools, such as GT Power engine and thermal models and AMESim driveline and system models, within a MATLAB/Simulink-based simulation framework.
The position also involves designing and maintaining co-simulation architectures and interfaces to enable consistent data exchange, synchronization, and execution between MATLAB/Simulink, GT Power, and AMESim models. In addition, the role defines and governs model architectures, shared libraries, and integration standards to ensure scalability, reuse, and consistency across multiple vehicle and powertrain configurations.
