We are currently seeking a talented and driven Multi-Site Sous Chef to join our growing hospitality group, supporting a collection of vibrant bars, restaurant and cafes across Dublin.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Head Chefs and kitchen teams across multiple sites
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings
• Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and kitchen hygiene standards
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Step into leadership roles where required across different locations
• Contribute to stock control, ordering, and cost management
