Multi Skilled Operative (Temp to Perm) Location: Warrington, Cheshire & Crewe Job Type: Temp to Perm Rate: £20.00 per hour CIS Hours: 40 hours per week About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to work on a temp-to-perm basis delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within the Social Housing sector across Warrington, Cheshire, and Crewe . Working within tenanted properties, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade tasks including kitchen and bathroom installations, joinery, plumbing, plastering, and general property maintenance. Experience with vinyl flooring is advantageous but not essential. This role would suit a reliable and customer-focused operative who is confident working independently within occupied homes and delivering high-quality workmanship.
