Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

Overview

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client's operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in North West London.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara.
• Respond promptly to building alarms (via helpdesk or BMS) and escalate where required.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets.
• Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams.
• Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits.
• Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance.

Working hours and shift pattern

• 6am to 6pm OR 7am to 7pm (to be agreed by the Manager).
• 42 hours per week.
• 4 on / 6 off / 4 on / 4 off / 6 on.
• Call out 1-in 5 (only for emergencies).
