Requirements
- With NC II Certificate
- Must have a solid foundation in various technical areas to perform their job effectively.
- Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Ability to repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues; knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance.
