Become a vital part of the HR team at Multimatic Inmet as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support for recruitment, employee relations, and essential HR functions. This hands-on role is suited for proactive individuals.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will report to the HR Manager and serve as a key connection between employees and HR. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, conduct onboarding sessions, and track employee training. Your role will also involve administrative functions, employee record management, and leading social events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employees with various HR inquiries
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees
• Organize and lead new hire orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS
• Coordinate employee training and track completion
