Job Description
- Content Development: Design and create multimedia elements (graphics, animations, videos, audio) for various eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and training materials
- Instructional Design Collaboration: Work with the Learning Design Manager and partner with subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into multimedia components that enhance learner engagement.
- Interactive Learning Experiences: Develop interactive elements (e.g., quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities) that reinforce learning outcomes and provide feedback.
- Video Production: Plan, script, record, edit, and produce videos that support instructional content and are aligned with brand standards and learning objectives.
