We are seeking an experienced Solution Design Lead, who will support analysis of new solutions with technical expertise within domain / platform architecture in Service Business Solutions Team in close collaboration with business partners and various IT teams.
How you will make an impact
Partner with the Technical Architects and Enterprise Architects to define and continuously evolve the end-to-end solution and platform/s strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, and technology capabilities.Support the Program Manager by translating complex business demands into fit-for-purpose solution designs, evaluating functional, architectural, and integration implications.Lead the solution design and option assessment activities, recommending optimal solutions across Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA), MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures.Identify and assess new tools, pl...
