Job Description
The Multiskilled Technician ensures the continuous and safe operation of facility infrastructure through proactive maintenance and rapid emergency response. You will be the first responder for technical issues, performing everything from routine equipment inspections to complex system repairs to minimize operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute routine inspections and servicing of critical systems, including HVAC, generators, electrical panels, and pumps, following a 52-week maintenance program.
* Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, carpentry, and masonry.
* Critical System Monitoring: Monitor and log operational data for equipment like BMS (Building Management Systems), fire protection systems (FDAS), and UPS units.
