Buckland is looking for a MX Export and Drayage Supervisor
What you'll be doing
Coordinating MX Export and Drayage services through preparing documentation and monitoring the release of freight for the import of commercial goods in the US in accordance with Customs Regulations.
You will be responsible for
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of drayage shipments, from quoting and price negotiation with customers and carriers to delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient transportation operations.
- Coordinate MX Export pedimento with the different MX Brokers.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for each operation.
- Ensure the MX Export pedimento is properly fill.
- Ensure MX Brokers are uploading the MX Export legal File to company FTP.
- Manage timing of deliveries and pick up schedules.
