Description: Mainframe Cardlink Environment Support CARDS Job Function Technology Operations Location Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Employment Type Contract Expected Years of Experience 2 to 5 years Start Date Immediate Key Responsibilities Execute monitor and control mainframe SIT UAT batch jobs accordingly Ensure SIT UAT batch processing completes within defined SLAs and cutoff times Monitor job execution using mainframe scheduling and monitoring tools controlM Identify analyze and resolve batch job failures job abends restart issues and data dependency problems Perform job restarts reruns and recovery procedures based on documented runbooks and approvals Manage inputoutput datasets file transfers and dependencies between batch jobs and upstreamdownstream systems Escalate unresolved issues promptly to application support system programmers or operations teams with clear impact analysis MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of handson experience in a mainframe environment Experience in setting up and ...
