Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Assist with installing, configuring, and upgrading z/OS, subsystems (CICS, MQ, DB2), and third-party vendor products related to Mainframe.
• Support & Incident Management: Act as 2nd/3rd level support for mainframe issues, troubleshoot operational errors, analyse root causes, and assist in troubleshooting, debugging system failures and resolving tickets.
• Change Management: Follow established procedures for implementing software changes and participating in software upgrades.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of mainframe environments
• Strong analytical problem-solving skill, willingness to learn and ability to document procedures
