Key Responsibilities


  • Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options.

  • Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes).

  • Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment.

  • During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately.

  • Discreetly identify the staff members involved in the experience (via name badges or by politely asking their names).

  • Observe service quality, professionalism, and overall guest experience throughout the visit.

  • Take clear photos during the visit where appropriate.

  • Keep the receipt for reimbursement.
