We are seeking a highly experienced Nacelle Specialist (Chief Engineer) to lead a nacelle OEM design program. This is a confidential search for a senior leadership role that will oversee the design, development, certification, and support of nacelle systems for large-body aircraft (comparable to Airbus A350 and Boeing 787).

This position requires proven technical authority in nacelle design, including inlet (with anti-icing system) and thrust reverser , as well as strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of 80–100 engineers.
