About the Role
Responsible for developing and growing accounts in the Swiss Off‑Trade market. Build relationships, drive sales, negotiate and implement tailored strategies to optimize distribution and promotional plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own customer accounts in the Off‑Trade channel.
- Run day‑to‑day business operations.
- Establish and foster relationships with customer decision‑makers.
- Plan and conduct annual negotiations.
- Increase sales by identifying distribution opportunities, white spots, and optimizing promotional plans and activations with support functions.
