National Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations across our national franchise and depot network.
• Drive linehaul, distribution, collection, and delivery performance across South Africa.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Partner with franchisees and operational teams to implement best practices and optimise performance.
• Monitor and improve key service metrics, ensuring industry-leading customer experiences.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation projects.
• Manage major service escalations and drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with operational, labour, health & safety, and transport regulations.
