National Optimisation Manager

This role will analyse operations and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity, all while tracking KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement. This role is full time and will be based around our distribution network.

Duties will include

• Demand Forecasting : Analysing historical data, market trends, and internal factors to accurately predict future demand for storage, handling, and shipping.
• Capacity Planning and Analysis : Assessing the current design capacity (maximum output under ideal conditions) versus effective capacity (realistic output given operational constraints) and identifying gaps or excess capacity.
