RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for:


  • Must have aggressive contribution
    to cost reduction
  • Must ensure that best price,
    rebates and quality is procured and secured from reputable suppliers.
  • Must ensure that tenders are
    launched timeously as per business requirements, in line with the tender plan.
  • Must ensure that the Service Level
    Agreements are signed with each supplier for the duration of the tender price
    agreement period.
  • Must adhere to Newrest’s Best
    Practices (Toolbox)
  • Must liaise/co-ordinate actions
    with fellow Procurement Managers in the Newrest network.
  • Must ensure that the Service Level
    Agreements written for each supplier has non-conformance clauses, linked to the
    relevant credits, and on time delivery.
