Job Summary

The Retail National Sales Manager is responsible for leading revenue growth, category expansion, and strategic account development across Canada’s largest retail customers. This role owns the national retail strategy, builds high-impact relationships with senior merchant teams, drives ecommerce and Pro channels to maximize distribution, visibility, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies for key retailers across instore, ecommerce and Pro channels.

  • Lead annual and quarterly business reviews, promotional planning, assortment negotiations, line reviews, new product introductions, pricing strategy, and merchandising initiatives.

  • Own revenue, margin, and forecast performance for assigned retail accounts.
