The Naval Training Support Specialist works closely with the Royal Canadian Navy and the Training Systems Integration team. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that training courseware aligns with naval doctrine, conducting training needs analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will validate operational and maintenance requirements for the River-class Destroyer and Integrated Bridge Navigation System.
