Permanent Nurse Practitioner Neonatology
Position Type: Permanent

Rate: $14K Permanent Placement Fee
Shift: Rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Patient Population: Neonatal / NICU
- Setting: Level III NICUs across four hospital sites
- Responsibilities: Provide advanced neonatal care, manage NICU admissions, perform high-acuity interventions, participate in neonatal transport, stabilize critically ill neonates, collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists, rotate across multiple NICUs, support families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Required Procedures: High-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator), inhaled nitric oxide therapy, total body cooling for HIE, neonatal stabilization and transport
