- Provide Level 3 production support for core banking applications related to Investment & Wealth.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders.
