Requirements
1. B2 English level or higher (interviews and daily work are primarily in English).
2. Must reside in Colombia and have legal authorization to work in the country (Bogotá candidates only).
3. 5–7+ years of professional experience in software development, including experience leading engineering teams.

Professional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with engineers, product owners, stakeholders, and clients.
