Job Description
- Build technical design and specifications based on functional or business requirements, detailing process workflows, technical use cases, exception handling.
- Design, develop and deploy solutions leveraging the features of the NetSuite SuiteCloud platform in accordance with best practices and NetSuites SAFE guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues and escalations en route to resolution.
- Release major, minor, patch SuiteApp updates.
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
- Develop supplemental customizations to meet customer specific requirements per request.
- Demo solution to the development team to gather feedback and transfer knowledge for the solution
