About This Opportunity

Ericsson is looking for a Network Delivery Manager (NDM) to join our Ottawa-based team. In this senior, customer-facing delivery leadership role, you will own end-to-end delivery of network software and feature outcomes across major North American CSP accounts — from pre-GA trials and prototypes through general availability, rollout, maintenance, and back-mapping. You will serve as the bridge between Ericsson's R&D teams and end customers, translating technical output into safe, efficient live‑network deployments. This role operates on a quarterly release cadence and is central to ensuring that planned network changes land correctly and deliver clear customer value.
