**Network Governance**:
Implement and maintain governance frameworks for the authorized dealer network in Brazil.
Manage and audit dealer contracts, ensuring compliance with BRP guidelines and policies.
Oversee dealer performance through DMS (Dealer Management System), dashboards, and reports.
Handle communication and manage issues related to the Dealer Association in Brazil.
Cultivate a strong and collaborative relationship with other internal teams.
**Contract & Policy Management**:
Implement and enforce GLOBAL BRP policies for contracts, NCOs, templates, standards, and best practices across the Brazilian network.
Manage notifications and address potential contract breaches by dealers.
**Market Growth & Development**:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve market growth for Marine and Wheels products in Brazil.
Manage BRP standard Dealer Projects and initiatives aimed at brand awareness and market expansion....
