Set up and deploy new Cisco SD-WAN routers, including configuration using Cisco vManage. Configure and manage security solutions, including Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and GlobalProtect VPN. Participate in change request processes for SD-WAN, including implementation and validation tasks. Support the implementation and changes of Azure cloud infrastructure. Provide troubleshooting and incident support across network, cloud, and security domains. Assist in ongoing operational support and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards for infrastructure implementation projects. Requirements
