We’re working with a well-established organisation in Hawke’s Bay looking for a Network Engineer to join their internal IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone operating at an intermediate / Level 2 Engineer level who enjoys practical networking and infrastructure work and wants to continue building their technical capability. The team is currently working across a range of network and infrastructure projects, creating plenty of variety and exposure to both operational support and project‑based engineering work. You’ll be joining a supportive team environment with experienced senior engineers around you, ongoing mentoring, and opportunities for professional development.

What you’ll actually do

• Support networking, switching, and infrastructure projects
• Assist with network deployments and ongoing improvement work
• Troubleshoot networking and infrastructure issues
