World Insurance Associates is a unique insurance organization offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents. World is looking for a Network Engineer to help us monitor, implement and maintain our network infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Install, monitor and configure network and internet systems.
+ Implement configuration changes on network components: routers, switches, access points.
+ Install new software/firmware, perform system upgrades, and conduct general maintenance.
+ Drive Continual Service Improvement through the evaluation of system errors and inefficiencies.
+ Assist with documenting infrastructure environments, processes, procedures, test plans, and project plans.
