Job Description
We are hiring an L2 Network Engineer to operate and maintain a large enterprise network estate spanning campus LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud connectivity. The role handles BAU operations, change implementation, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, operate, and maintain Cisco / Juniper / Arista routing and switching.
- Implement and maintain firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower).
- Operate WAN technologies: SD‑WAN, MPLS, IPsec, BGP, OSPF.
- Support load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM) and reverse proxies.
- Drive incident response, change implementation, and post‑incident reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation: HLD/LLD, IPAM, and CMDB.
- Coordinate with security, datacentre, and cloud teams on cross‑domain changes.
