Responsibilities
- Support deployment and implementation of network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Configure and maintain network systems across client environments to ensure performance and security
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
- Assist in project delivery including installation, testing, and on-site implementation
- Monitor network performance and carry out maintenance, patching, and upgrades
- Work with project teams, vendors, and clients to support solution delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and technical records
- Support network optimisation, capacity planning, and security configurations
