Job Description
We're seeking Network Engineers to join Singtel Philippines while providing critical support to Singtel Singapore operations.
About the role
- Monitor SD-WAN network performance using network management and monitoring tools
- Provide Level 1 support for SD-WAN-related incidents, alerts, and service requests
- Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity, routing, and performance issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams
- Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of SD-WAN devices
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (NOC, Engineering, Security) and external vendors when necessary
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines
