Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day network operations, covering network switch, firewall, WLC, AP, VPN, WAF and cloud networking, ensuring availability and continuity of services
- Administer and manage network routing and authentication
- Monitor network uptime and usage
- Perform network maintenance and upgrades including patches, hot fixes and security updates
- Perform scan on network/system logs for malicious activities
- Work closely with cyber security operations, covering endpoint security, SIEM and cloud security
- Liaise with 3rd party vendor and cross department for network/security projects
- Participate on internal and external network/security audit
- Maintain and update network inventory and diagram
- Investigate and troubleshoot any network incident or vulnerability
