• Create and validate well‑structured answers and solutions in the area of responsibility
• Configure, implement and document Palo Alto NGFW solutions
• Review, optimize and harden security policies and posture
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate / FortiOS environments
• Manage IPS/IDS, VDOMs, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer
• Perform security policy management on firewalls
• Support firewall management automation activities
• Provide operational support and collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams
