Job Description
Responsibilities:
Network and Firewall administration and maintenance
- Assist IT departments in resolving issues with their network equipment (routers, firewalls, comprehension boxes, etc.)
- Provide quality support, particularly by explaining to your contacts the origin of their problem and the appropriate resolution practices
- Enhance our knowledge base by updating the documentation of operating procedures and instructions;
- Ensure firmware upgrades for network equipment
- Independently manage site infrastructure transformation projects in compliance with client standards and best practices in terms of network architecture
- Perform network compliance audits and ensure the security and high availability of the client's infrastructure are maintained
- Adhere to client-defined SLAs and monitor them with your manager.
