Work Setup: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: First 2 months (Training) – Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Mountain Time
Actual Schedule (After Training) – Monday to Friday, 12:am-9am Mountain Time
Salary: $1,800 monthly

Core responsibilities for this position include:
- Respond to incoming alerts & notifications from our Remote Management & Monitoring System
- Monitor, review and action monitoring & security events
- Follow clients intake procedures.
- Adhere to established service ticket creation standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents & events for monitored devices
- Provide consistent communication and updates
- Escalate out of scope issues to senior level support
