One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network/internet security solutions, is now seeking Network Security Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Give out ideas or/and develop proposals to improve SOC’s work flow and productivity.
Lead the implementation of CSI (continuous service improvement) projects.
Lead SOC to handle internal and external maintenance to ensure service availability.
Act immediate events as a point of escalation , such as incident and service request.
Contact customers, sales and engineering team to manage service related problems.
Support device recovery in the case of Arbor, A10, MDM, AGM, Firewall and other operation related device failure.Train, mentor and develop NSA to operate at his/her maximum capacity.
Monitor daily operation and service quality via routine audit.
Prepare SOC monthly report...
