To ensure systematic and purposeful reviews of highway inspection, local environment quality assessment and recording. To implement the agreed objectives derived from legislation, codes of practice, national and London guidance and relevant business plans in consultation with line management. Enforcement activities and educational behaviour change programme to ultimately improve the area.
