In this hands-on role, you will leverage your L3 experience by analyzing real-world data from deployed networking systems. Key Responsibilities: • Review logs, telemetry, and event streams from networks • Label and classify network behaviors and incident patterns • Define large-scale data schemas for AI training models

Requirements: • Experience as a Level 3 / Tier 3 Support Engineer • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise networks (switches, firewalls) • Curiosity about data in machine learning systems • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
