Elevate patient care as a Registered Nurse on the B4 Neurovascular Unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while delivering specialized care to respiratory and medical patients.
As a key member of the B4/B4ICU team, you will focus on providing exceptional patient-centered care tailored towards high-intensity situations. This role emphasizes effective communication and problem-solving within primary nursing. You’ll integrate research into practice and take part in educational initiatives to enhance your expertise and contribute to unit success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-focused care to respiratory patients
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary care team
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Support integration of research into nursing practice
• Participate in unit educational activities and opportunities
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• B.Sc.N. preferred; CC 1 required
