Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate records for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Prepare, distribute, and follow up on application forms to resolve missing or incorrect information
- Support verification processes, flagging issues and communicating application outcomes through official channels
- Track and report application status while coordinating issuance of access credentials and providing general administrative support
- Prior experience in administrative functions
