  • Monitored recruitment marketing budgets and resource allocation to support simultaneous hiring initiatives across various business units and technical functions.
  • Analysed candidate pipeline performance, sourcing effectiveness, and market hiring trends to support data‑driven recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
