New Product Introduction Engineer (Manufacturing / Electronics)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth transition and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and overseas Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products Conducting product testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable products Identifying and resolving complex technical issues and optimising product performance Participating in the development of product roadmaps and strategy Providing technical support and expertise to manufacturing and sales teams Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation
