New Projects Leader

Coordinate intercompany process transfers and implement new manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring proper control and tracking of CAPEX projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage engineering projects related to new products and production line transfers
- Coordinate the implementation of production processes from line dismantling to full operation
- Monitor and control CAPEX budgets and project performance
- Update tracking tools such as CAPEX Tracker
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress
- Lead project follow-up meetings with cross-functional teams
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Visit suppliers when required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in industrial project management
- Experience in production process transfers (preferred)
