Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and improving the safety management plans and various safety regulations for the supervision team.
- Cooperate with the shipyard to conduct safety supervision at the construction site, ensuring that the working environment, equipment, facilities, and safety protection measures comply with standards.
- Regularly organize safety inspections and hazard identification, track the implementation of corrective measures, and oversee safety training and education for supervision team members and sub-contractors to enhance their safety awareness and skills.
- Develop and organize emergency response drills to improve the team’s ability to handle unexpected incidents.
- Monitor the shipyard’s implementation of safety measures to ensure all approvals and protective measures are properly executed.
