About the Role
Night Care Assistant at Willow Court, an 81‑bed care home in Harpenden.
Shift: 9:30pm to 7:30am. Weekdays and alternate weekends required. Flexi/Bank hours.
Location: Aldwickbury Cres, Harpenden AL5 5SD.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to residents, maintaining dignity and supporting daily living. Undertake all aspects of care including physical, emotional and social needs.
Assist residents throughout shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Participate in training and obtain Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care as required.
