Night Manager
Location: Cabo Del Sol, Baja Peninsula, Mexico.
Reporting Level: Operations – Assistant Department Head.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Front Desk/La Casona activities during the overnight shift.
- Direct and supervise overnight staff.
- Communicate and follow up with the day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.
- Tour the hotel regularly and monitor all departments to ensure standards are met and guest needs are satisfied.
- Handle all guest relocations according to established guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints from all areas, providing highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, operations, personnel, events, directions, and more.
- Respond to all guest requests accurately and timely, in person and by phone.
